Why was the episode "Turn and Face the Strange" called that?

I think that the line it refers to was "turn and face the strange, ch-ch-changes" which may relate to the individual characters storylines. Maybe it is linked the the potential villainous Claire 或者 the changes in (future and present) Peter, Niki, Angela and HRG's plots within the episode! Hope this helps.
