Because Most People Have Good Taste!

here are some reasons I think the 图书 are so 流行的 (and I'm speaking from experience)
1. it takes place in their hometown (I live in Port Angeles which is near Forks and over here and there people are truly obsessed with the series and practically worship it even if the 作者 claimed the town of Forks to be "fictional" and the series makes Forks look bad)

2. The people who have read it have never read a decent book in their lives

3. Most of the people who have read it are lonely teen girls who've never had a boyfriend in real life and believe that this is what true 爱情 is like

4. The 图书 are 流行的 because crazy teenage girls and their mothers are totally in 爱情 with Edward and Jacob and only read it because of 说 characters

Hot guys, maybe... and I think it mentioned potatos once. ;D

because meyer wrote the roll of bella so poorly, that anyone from a teenage girl who wouldn't know a good book if it bit her in the ass, to a 足球 mom with too much time on her hands could fit her roll.

I have to admit, I'm a die hard HP fan, but I liked Twilight when it first came out. I can't speak for other Twi-hards, but I can tell 你 why I enjoyed it the first time I read it:

-It was a "love" story about a human and a vampire (that's what first got my attention).
-Bella was an empty shell, so it was easy for readers to "relate" to her, 或者 "put themselves in her place."
-The guys were supposed to be "perfect."
-Meyer used a lot of big words which, at first glance (or if 你 weren't paying attention to what words she used) made her seem intelligent.
-It was set in the real world, so it didn't strain your brain to try and imagine.
-When I first read it (when it first came out) there wasn't a lot of hype about it.

I used to like it. Now I don't. I think I liked it cause...

-Bella was happy. I'd had a big shock when Remus and 唐克斯 died (I still liked Hp, don't go there!) and I was happy to see not everybody had the luck of a squashed-mosquito.
- If 你 read it quickly when you're half asleep 你 don't pick up all the bad messages (until BD)
- Mythical creatures were in it, and I'm a MYTHOLOGY FREAK
- The guys were perfect
- It was one of the first romance 图书 I'd read, I couldn't compare sappiness 或者 mary-sueism, therefore I didn't notice it
- It wasn't the English version

alot of teenage girls think vampiers should spark and look hot and not drink human blood for they can go out with them and ww should have ads and look hot and not chage on a full moon and change any time they get mad at the hot vamiper and have a 爱情 trinkle is hot and not aonnnying them to deth and that u should need a boy in ur life and nothing els and never ever listen to ur prants and go off and get marred and and have a baby right framed high school and do want ever the boy says and never ever do want ur parnts say to do
