T.R. Knight will not be returning to the 显示 and has been released from his contract. Since he has been released from his contract, it's most likely that George dies, 或者 maybe leaves to be a trauma surgeon in the army if he survives the surgery. George was, in season 5, hit and dragged 由 a bus for meters after pushing away a woman who was almost hit instead. His heartrate flatlines during the rushing to surgery 或者 during surgery (I'm not sure). It's not revealed whether he dies 或者 not at the end of the episode.
