Once Clu leaves, Quorra and Anon tell Radia the truth, and Radia tells Quorra to warn the other ISO factions. Radia then informs Anon that Flynn was not killed, but was rescued and smuggled from Tron City 由 an ISO survivalist named Gibson, who was subsequently arrested and taken to the Game Grid, which Clu-2 has changed back to their original function as brutal execution arenas for enemies of the state.
