I have a depressed friend. And I mean REALLY depressed. Help?

嘿 I've been in Lily's place so I speak from experience, sometimes 你 feel like the world's against 你 every little rude 评论 puts 你 down further even if it's a joke. I'm keeping a diary to help but as her friend I would check everything 你 say before 你 say it. 你 can hurt her without even trying. If 你 be that shoulder to cry on and tell your other 老友记 when they make the stupid remarks like, "Idiot" even though there goofing off just tell them to cut it out. I notice when I listen to, Mat Kearney "Ships in The Night" and watch the movie, "a Smile as Big as the Moon" helps me. So all I say is be her guard against negative 评论 and be her shoulder to cry on. I hope everything works out for the best :)
