Log out and then right 下一个 to where it says sign in, click 加入 潮流粉丝俱乐部 或者 something like that.

你 log out and instead of 'returning user', 你 enter details in the other 由 clicking the radio box.
你 can still use your 前一个 account unless 你 permanently 删除 it in the 个人资料 settings. 你 don't necessarily need an E-mail account to 加入 潮流粉丝俱乐部 though. 你 can just enter a fake one but that means 你 will not recieve E-mail 更新 which in my mind are useless anyway. Why fill up your 收件箱 when 你 can be on the front line experiencing and seeing any 更新 firsthand.
