okay straight down to buisness, frankly I dislike picks saying "will 你 加入 this spot" 或者 messages from people advertising sites and spots. If people have a real interest in the spot they will find it themselves, same goes for websites but i understand that there's no point to a spot if your the only member and 你 have no one to talk about your passion with and since we're all one big 潮流粉丝俱乐部 family the 更多 of us the merrier a spot generally is, so rather than whining about it i have decided to offer up some solutions. Although the annoying person with in me still feels the need to put in some 'don't' but i promise not to go on too long :D I will try and say what i do want to see and will give 支持 if i see people actually taking this 建议 on board

firstly before i start, the big no, no, please don't send people messages advertising spots and sites, it’s annoying and I’m sure everyone wants a spam free 潮流粉丝俱乐部

The most obvious way to 做广告 a spot 或者 website is to put some 链接 up, i think three is the most can 你 can put up of the same link (rightly so) so use them wisely, the best way to do this is not to put them in unrelated, 流行的 spots like 潮流粉丝俱乐部 but to put them in different related spots,
e.g. if 你 had made a spot for a tv character, it has no relation to 潮流粉丝俱乐部 so don't link it to 潮流粉丝俱乐部 (this is technically miscategorized) instead why not put a link to the 显示 iself, a link to the spot of the actor/actress who plays that character, 你 don't necessarily have to put as many as 你 can but I guess if 你 really wanted to 你 could then put a link to a 流行的 couple they are involved in

picks

another big no, no for me is the "will 你 加入 the so and so spot" pick, there really is no point to these picks, they are not opinionated and won't get anymore advertising than links, just 更多 comments, again they're annoying and spammy

the reason why people like picks so much is to state their opinion and so creating a none opinion pick will not draw in the interest, interesting picks will draw in interest

e.g. if i were to create a spot for the brilliant dave lui i could ask in the 潮流粉丝俱乐部 users spot

"what's your 最喜爱的 thing about dave"

and then put a link in the 评论

或者 again in the 潮流粉丝俱乐部 users spot

and then pick dave and say something like "that's why i created the dave spot" and then link,

it's easy standard pick stuff 或者 if 你 want 你 can get really creative and slip it in anywhere e.g. 你 could ask in the picks spot

the same aspect can be applied to tv characters 或者 anything e.g.

i created the spot for the 显示 link (oh yes i'm even advertising right now, i'm that good ;p) and even though it has not come out yet i could ask in the 电视 spot

"which new 显示 are 你 most looking 前锋, 期待 to coming out?" and then link

或者 in the amy acker spot

"which amy acker co 星, 星级 did 你 like best" then pick eliza dushku and say "i'm looking 前锋, 期待 to seeing them together again in the new 显示 dollhouse" and then link

okay now i really don't want to see 文章 and 论坛 saying

"you should 加入 the dave lu spot because it's awesome"

that's not a article! and not really a 论坛

what 你 could do is write a 文章 about your passion e.g. if 你 created a spot for pigeon racing 你 could write a 文章 about your own achievements in the sport and put in some 图片 with 你 and the pigeons in the 潮流粉丝俱乐部 users spot and then as always put a link below

Of for a 显示 if created a spot of one couple vs. another couple, 你 could write a 文章 comparing the couples and then link

other little tips and bits

If your really struggling for 粉丝 here’s a few other tips

-you could put a link to the spot under ‘websites’ on your 个人资料 page

-you could say something about your passion in your 格言 on your 个人资料 page

-you could use a avatar/icon of your passion

-there are loads of 论坛 about advertising including link 或者 one to link

-you could ever try bribing us 由 saying it contains picture of john in his chaps

-the 更多 pop 测试 问题 你 ask the better chance 你 have of people coming across them in the 'super quiz'

Finally THE NUMBER ONE way to get 更多 粉丝 on to a spot is to add loads of brilliant, amazing content

图片 on the front page, 论坛 on the front page, picks on the front page, pop 测验 on the front page will all be noticed, even better if 你 add some brilliant 视频 或者 文章 and have them featured

okay that's my say and some ideas, don't use all of these that would be a bit excessive just pick a couple that 你 could do best :D

EDIT:when i wrote this 文章 there wasn't a dave spot but there now is so i guess this was a bit of advertisement for that too
