We all are really happy when we get 奖章 for the spots. It shows that other people appreciate our contributions. So here are some advices of how to get a medal.
1) The most importante rule: don't get obssesed with getting a medal. Add just interesting things so people could like it! 你 add things to the spot for people not for medals. Medal is just a lovely surprise for your work!
2) Find spots 你 like.
3) Start contributing things on the spot.
4)You can get a medal if people rate your stuff. What can we rate? Right: videos, links, 文章 and images.
5)Add interesting links, because if it's boring people won't rate it!
6) 视频 must be not too long. It's not a rule of course but it's not gorgeous to sit and watch 视频 for hours! 视频 can be funny(bloopers from 电影院 and shows), creepy, extreme whatever 你 want!
8) 图片 better be different. Not many people will rate hundreds of monotonous pictures!
9) 文章 must teach us something, tell stories 或者 just be interesting. Don't re-write 文章 from magazines, newspapers, etc. 你 may have problems.
10) Picks, quiz, 论坛 will help 你 with a medal when people 评论 it a lot!
