Sam pulled Cas from the ground and dragged him to the sink.
“Come on, barf” he commanded.
“Leave me alone” Cas mumbled faint, his eyes closed. Sam turned to Meg. “Go get his toothbrush” he ordered. Meg ran upstairs and came back half a 分钟 later, with the toothbrush.
“Open your mouth, Cas” Sam 说 sharp and urgent. Cas pressed his lips together, stubborn like a two-year old.
“Let me try something” Meg 说 and Sam took a step back, still supporting Cas. Meg took Cas’ face in her hands and kissed him. She then withdrew and drove the toothbrush in his throat. Cas gagged, coughed and tears came up in his eyes. He tried to free himself, but Sam tightened his grip and Meg drove the toothbrush further in his throat.
Cas gagged and brought his hand to his mouth. Sam let go of him and he puked in the sink.
“Why did 你 do that?” Cas 说 defeated, when he was done.
“Are 你 kidding?” Sam replied shocked. “Are 你 trying to get yourself killed?”
“Yes” Cas snapped. He looked from Sam to Meg and back. “You don’t get it. 你 think I have some kind of illness, such as cancer, but that’s not what it is. I am dying, I can feel it, and whatever it is that’s killing me, it’s dragging it out. I just want it to be over with”
Meg took a napkin and cleaned off Cas’ mouth.
“I get that the pain is driving 你 to the point of despair” she started. “but there’s no way I’m letting 你 commit suicide. Not on my watch”
“Come on, barf” he commanded.

The sun fell on Amber’s face and she woke up 由 the heat of it. She rubbed her eyes, trying to orientate, as she saw a man sitting 下一个 to her. He looked familiar. As she tried to recall she felt an insistent pain in her neck. She lay her hand on it, to see what it was. “I bit you, that’s why you’re in pain” Stefan explained. Amber looked at him. “Who are you?” she asked, crawling backwards. Stefan reached out his hand. “I’m here to help you” he 说 softly. Amber shook her head. “No, stay away from me!” she 说 terrified. Stefan didn’t 移动 an inch. “You need help. You’re in transition, it’s not a nice feeling if 你 don’t feed anytime soon. I bet you’re starving” he said. Amber shook her head heavily as her stomach rattled. “I’m going home” she 说 with a breaking voice. “Leave me alone!” She scribbled up and staggered away from Stefan.
Zoey woke up in a hospital bed. She wasn’t happy to be there. Crowley had taken away her 天使 powers and she was completely human again.
She walked to the door and opened it. She came face to face with a guardian.
“Miss Allen, where are 你 going?” the guardian asked.
“What is this?” Zoey frowned. “Why is there police guarding my room?”
“I’m just following orders, Miss Allen” the guardian answered. “My boss has a few 问题 for you”
“Then I guess 你 should call him” Zoey 说 and she walked back into her room.
She walked to the window and opened it. Her room was on ground floor, so she didn’t have to climb that deep. She swung her leg over the edge, followed 由 her other leg. She jumped and landed on the pavers. She turned around and ran away.
She walked to the door and opened it. She came face to face with a guardian.
“Miss Allen, where are 你 going?” the guardian asked.
“What is this?” Zoey frowned. “Why is there police guarding my room?”
“I’m just following orders, Miss Allen” the guardian answered. “My boss has a few 问题 for you”

“Don’t 你 think that’s enough?” she 说 careful.
“No” Cas snapped back. “It’ll be enough when there are no 更多 needles left”
