Sheriff Forbes was standing above the corps lying in the shag. A rope was lying loosely around its cervix and he had two small holes in his neck. He was drained from blood. Liz let out a deep sigh and startled as her daughter appeared in front of her. “Caroline! You’re not supposed to be here, this is a crime scene” she 说 reproachful. Caroline didn’t react, but ducked to have a closer look at the corpse. “Vampires” she whispered. Liz nodded. “Yeah, I know” she said. “Caroline?” No answer. “Caroline” Liz now 说 a bit harder. Caroline looked up. “Caroline, I need 你 to be completely honest with me. I won’t judge you” Caroline braced herself for she knew what was to come. “Did 你 do this?” her mother asked. Her mom was never going to trust her, Caroline thought. “No, mom, I have nothing to do with this” she answered. “And do 你 have any idea who could’ve?” Liz continued her interrogation. “Damon, perhaps? Stefan?” Caroline shook her head. “No” she said. “The only 吸血鬼 I can think of are Klaus and Katherine, but they are no match for you, mom” she added. “I’m going to talk to the people that live here. 你 stay here, I’ll be right back” Liz said. Caroline nodded, but as soon as her mother turned around she flashed away.
She braked at the Salvatore Boarding House and knocked.
“You open it” Katherine 说 bored.
“No freaking way, 你 open it” Damon said.
“Oh, for God’s sake, I’ll open it!” Elena 说 annoyed. How could two people both older than a century act so childish?, she thought while she walked at the front door. “Caroline?” she exclaimed surprised when she saw her friend in the doorway. “Can I come in?” Caroline asked accentuating. “Sure” Elena 说 and she step aside. “You have to say it literally” Caroline 说 kind of embarrassed. “Oh, of course. Come in” Elena 说 and Caroline entered the boarding house. “I have the strange idea you’re not here for a friendly visit” Elena 说 while she guided Caroline to the living room, where Damon and Katherine were sitting. “Well, well, if it isn’t the little traitor” Katherine said, looking at Caroline. “Still not over it?” Damon 说 contemptuously. “Have a seat” he 说 to Caroline. “There’s no room” Katherine 说 disdainful. “Sure there is” Damon 说 and he pushed Katherine off the couch. Caroline sank down as Katherine scribbled up. They all ignored her complaints. “You’re right, Elena. I’m here for a reason” Caroline began. “I bet 你 haven’t seen the news yet?” They shook their head, immediately alerted. “Well, I got it first hand, because of mom” She paused. “There’s a new victim. A vampire victim, I mean. I told my mother I didn’t do it, which is true. And I 说 你 nor Stefan would do it” she continued looking at Damon only. “I’m not so sure about that” he 说 softly. Caroline frowned. “What are 你 talking about?” Damon traded a glance with Elena, realizing he would have to do the talking. The Stefan-Klaus issue was too painful for Elena. “You know I got bitten 由 Tyler while he was transforming?” Caroline nodded. “Stefan went to Klaus to find a cure. Long story short: he got it, but in return he had to 加入 Klaus. So, I’m not entirely sure whether Stefan has stuck to his bunny diet 或者 that he’s 给 in to his formal ripper actions”
Jeremy was standing in front of Bonnies house. Caroline had told him about the party tonight and he planned on offering to escort Bonnie to it. Part of him 说 ‘Screw her, dude. She dumped 你 to hook up with Damon Salvatore, the dick that killed you’, but another, much louder part said: ‘You still 爱情 her and despite what she’s done 你 want to give her another chance. She would do the same for you’
But after knocking several times he understood his ex wasn’t home. He considered going back home, then figured it wouldn’t hurt if he just waited inside. And so he opened the door...

Sam opened the door to their motel room and then hurried back to Dean. They carried Cas inside and laid him on the bed.
“I’ll get something cold” Sam 说 and he ran into the kitchen. Dean opened the upper buttons of Cas’ 衬衫 as Sam came back with a cold and wet washcloth. He laid it on Cas’ forehead and Cas shivered.
“Cas?” Dean frowned scared, but Cas’ eyes remained shut. Dean looked helplessly at Sam.
“Maybe it’s the organs” Sam suggested. “You know, his kidneys 或者 his liver. Maybe his body can’t adjust to them very well”
“Then why didn’t he get sick before?...

“What do 你 mean, he left?” Sam asked, looking at Meg, requesting a reasonable explanation. Meg turned to Dean, whose expression told her he already understood what was going on. He read the note and said. “So he told 你 to start at a café?” Meg nodded. “Unfinished business. Cas, 你 idiot” Dean 说 in himself.
“Is someone going to explain me what’s going on?” Sam exclaimed. “What unfinished business? What is Cas up to?”
Dean and Meg glared at each other.
“Have a seat” Dean decided. Sam sat down on a chair, looking expectedly at his older brother. “You remember...

Zoey opened her front door. She had to pick up some stuff she had left behind. Now that the divorce was completed she didn’t have to come here anymore. Except this one time.
“Gerard? Are 你 home?” she called.
Gerard didn’t answer. Maybe he was sleeping. Zoey walked upstairs when she heard a crack. Apparently Gerard wasn’t sleeping.
“I’ll be as quick as possible. I’m out before 你 know it” Zoey promised, even though Gerard didn’t come out. She walked into the spare room, where Gerard had stored her stuff in one box. She picked up the box and walked out of the room. She walked...

Meg was sleeping on the couch. She was so bored she had fallen asleep. She abruptly woke up when someone was banging the door and she had to get up.
“What?” she asked grumpy when she saw Anna standing in the doorway.
“Can I come in?” she asked as she entered the motel room. Meg raised her eyebrows as she closed the door. “We need to talk” Anna 说 casual. “You probably wonder why I didn’t fly into your motel room”
“Not really, no” Meg 评论 slowly. “What do we have to talk about?” she asked slightly nervous. Now that she was a human, 天使 really scared the crap...

Elena walked in in the 厨房 and gasped. “Oh, Stefan, 你 shouldn’t have done that” she said, looking at the table. There were two plates, one specific for Elena, hence the rose leaves surrounding it, and a basket with pastries, strawberries and small pieces of chocolate. “Wait” Elena 说 hesitating. “Why are there only two seats? Who’s not eating along?” Stefan consciously avoided to look at Damon. “Damon already had breakfast. He thinks it’s time 你 and I get back on track with each other”
Elena averted to Damon. “Is that true?”
Damon looked at Stefan, before...

Daphne parked her car on the drive and stepped out, with a bag in her hand. She walked to the house, inserted the key in the lock and pushed the door open. She walked inside and closed the door.
“Emmanuel, I’m home!” she shouted. She took her 夹克 off and hung it on the 涂层, 外套 rack. Then she walked further to the 厨房 and let the bag slip out of her hands.
Someone had been in their house and rearranged it with new furniture and someone had cleaned up the mess.
Daphne was furious. She had 给 Cas the straight order of fixing everything. This would cost a fortune and they did not have...

Elena opened the door and entered the Boarding House. It was dark inside and suspiciously quiet. Suddenly the light in the hallway went on and an unfamiliar face appeared. “Surprise” the girl said. She walked fast to Elena who wanted to leave again, but she shut the door. “I guess you’re Elena?”
Elena nodded and swallowed. “Where is Stefan? He taxed me to come earlier”
“No, sweetie, that was me” Amber 说 waving Stefan’s cell phone. “Don’t be afraid, we’re friends. I’m sure he wouldn’t mind if I got the first taste” She leaned 前锋, 期待 and opened her mouth. Elena...

"Well that seems to be everything. I hope I helped enough." Victoria 说 after we unloaded the last of the boxes.
"Oh, 你 were very much of help." My mom replied.
"Well it was nice meeting both of you...but I should be getting home-"
"Would 你 like to stay for dinner?" She interupted her in mid-sentence.
"I would 爱情 too, but unforinutly i cant. 你 see my brother has a Baseball game tonight and I already told him and my parents that I would be their."
"Well, dont be too shy and stop 由 again." My mom was either desperate for attention 或者 hoping, for some odd reason, that me and Victoria...

Heather was pacing up and down the kitchen, nervously waiting for Isabel to call her back. She couldn’t imagine what kept her so long. She didn’t have a job, she didn’t have a boyfriend anymore. She was probably wallowing in self-pity, while Heather was about to be ripped to pieces, according to the newspaper.
She dialed Isabel’s phone again and growled when it was her voicemail again. “Seriously? Where the hell are you? Cas is here. What part of get here ASAP did 你 not get? Don’t 你 read the newspaper? He’s a lunatic. He’s killed four people already in less than 48 hours...

The 下一个 morning.
Cas woke up on the 长椅, 沙发 of Meg’s motel. He slowly sat up and rubbed his eyes. Light shone through the curtains and Cas stood up and walked to them to open them. Dean’s Impala was parked across the street.
Meg ticked on the side windows of Dean’s car and Dean jumped up. He frowned and blinked to remember where he was. When he did, he turned the window down.
“What are 你 doing here so early?” Meg asked.
“What’s in the bag?” Dean nodded at the small paper bag Meg was holding in her right hand.
“Breakfast” Meg replied short.
“Thanks, 你 shouldn’t have”...

Cas carried Meg to the 床, 床上 and lay her down. He removed her sweater and held his breath. On the place Kevin had hit there was a big gap and Meg was losing blood on a rapid pace. Cas turned to Dean, begging for help.
Dean looked down at the badly injured ex-demon. Meg had done countless of evil things. She deserved to die like this. The wound would get infected, she’d get a fever, and then she would die.
“Dean, do something!” Cas yelled desperate.
Dean rotated his head to his best friend, who leaned forward.
“She’s not breathing” Cas panicked.
Another few crucial 秒 passed by...
