Does anyone know why Fairy Tail stopped at episode 175 and when will it resume?

I heard that Fairy Tail will be continuing:

1. sometime in November,2013.

2. 或者 maybe in March,2014.

Also I heard from different sources that Fairy Tail stopped because:

1. the 日本动漫 was catching up to the 日本漫画 so they had to take a break from the anime

2. the voice actress for Lucy is in some sort of 《丑闻》 或者 something like that

3. some people think that maybe the ratings drop so the 显示 was cut and the 日本漫画 continued like what happened to Bleach (which I find very hard to believe)
