Disk with a "k" is the earliest use of the word. It's nice to be on the winning team :D

It depends on the usage. Compact DISC vs. Floppy DISK. I think Disk is more acceptable in all other forms, however.

Disk is how you write it in dutch so that's why I always write DisK

Well both. I use disk when referring to magnets and disc when referring to optics.

I prefer using DISK because DISC reminds me too much of Biology. I tend to alternate, though. xD
