Exclusive: Nickelodeon Orders Live-Action Movie Adaptation of The Fairly Oddparents

Nickelodeon has green-lit a live-action TV-movie adaptation of its hit animated series The Fairly Oddparents, TVGuide.com has learned exclusively.

The movie, titled A Fairly Odd Movie: Grow Up Timmy Turner!, will mix live action with CG 动画片 and will follow a now-23-year-old Timmy, to be played 由 Nickelodeon vet 鸭, 德雷克 钟, 贝尔 (Drake & Josh). Seinfeld's Jason Alexander and Curb Your Enthusiasm's Cheryl Hines play Timmy's godparents Cosmo and Wanda....

Sometimes I become a 粉丝 由 myself 或者 other times it takes someone else for a reason. Originally, I've been a 粉丝 of 鸭, 德雷克 钟, 贝尔 since those skits on the Amanda Show. I used to always laugh out loud at those. I was still a 粉丝 when 鸭, 德雷克 & Josh came out. I've watched every episode of every season. When Drake's 秒 album was released in 2006, I bought it and always listened to it. I forgot when, but sometime after that, one of my best 老友记 and I used to listen to "I Know" constantly whenever we were with our moms driving. We would sing to this song.
