i watch the entire dbz the 悟空 died 2 times from fight with raditz picolo kill him with the special 豆 大炮, 加农炮 and from cell whoo sellf distruct and at the end old kai gave 悟空 life
no i think he did not.his energy was just disappeared for a while and idk why?but earth dragon balls can bring someone back to life only one.goku died during fight with raditz and was wished back.so shenron can not really bring back 悟空 again.so i think 悟空 did not die
