The only one I know that is quite similar to the book is Bram Stoker's Dracula 由 Francis Ford Coppola. In fact the only important difference between them is that Dracula and Mina fall in 爱情 with each other,which in my opinion makes the plot even better. It's my favourite movie btw :)
