When I die, does anyone object if I am reincarnated as Dr Heinz Doofenshmiirtz? I have this evil plan to create a "How many fours-inator!".....OK, it's a work in progress. 你 can't rush these things.

I am already a little on the eccentric side and have a habit of having my plans go horribly wrong. That should make me a perfect candidate for being reincarnated as Dr Doof. Please help as the only other alternative of being eccentric and without any sense of reality is to become Prime Minister!
