ace2000 picked Golden (1937-1942):
Before I was ten years old I watched three movies from the Golden Age (Bambi, Dumbo, Fantasia), two from the Wartime Era (The Three Caballeros, Fun and Fancy Free), three from the Silver Age (The Jungle Book, 101 Dalmatians, Lady and the Tramp), three from the Bronze Age (the Aristocats, The Many Adventures of Winnie-the-Pooh, The Fox and the Hound), one from the Renaissance (Mulan), and none from the Post-Renaissance or Revival.

But I watched those three movies from the Golden Age more than any of the others I listed.

glelsey picked Renaissance (1989-1999):
I saw all the movies from the golden classic era before I was ten (except for The Reluctant Dragon if that counts - I saw all five from the classic list). The only Disney movies I saw that were made during the war were the two animation/live-action hybrids from that era (none from the official classics list). I watched quite a lot of the post-war classics as a kid, and 101 Dalmatians was a huge part of my childhood. A few from the dark age but I didn't watch any of them very often. Mostly from the renaissance though; I love that era for animation, Disney or non-Disney. My two favourite Disney movies are from this era so I obviously watched them a lot, and I saw almost every movie from this era as a kid. I then turned ten in 1998, so that cancels out the other eras!

This was definitely the main era of my childhood. Followed by either the post-war classics or the golden age classics (thanks mostly to 101 Dalmatians and Bambi, both of which were childhood obsessions of mine).
