迪士尼公主

I already mentioned that I see the overused formula as one of the reasons the 迪士尼 Renaissance eventually ended. But there is one other thing which was both the maker and the downfall of 迪士尼 in that era: computer animation.

Back in the days when Walt 迪士尼 was still alive, hand drawn 动画片 was both time consuming and expensive – actually, it was expensive because it was so time consuming. All the animators had to get paid after all. At the same time, there wasn’t really much appreciation for the work done – 电影院 like Fantasia 或者 Sleeping Beauty, which were impressive pieces...

8th period. The last and slowest period of the day. And it just so happens that our last period has to be with Mr. Watson, the only man on Earth who thinks history is important.
I plunked my bookbag 由 my 台, 办公桌 and sat down. In chalk letters, Disney Week was written on the board.
Mr. Watson tapped the board. "Class, as part of our history lessons, I've decided to make 你 study Walt Disney's classic animations."
The class groaned, much to his dismay. "Anyway," he went on, "we'll start watching the classics in order from which was created first." He hooked up the projector and stuck a DVD inside....

Ok, so for those of 你 that have been in the Unpopular Opinions (confessions) 论坛 this is just the paragraphs about Jasmine, Ariel and Merida. These are considered the "rebel" princesses always breaking out the mold for obedient followers, but this is my "unpopular opinion" it's sort of a grey area for me.



I find Jasmine, Merida and Ariel to be very bratty, I like Merida 更多 because in the end she learns from her mistake and (hopefully) isn't as selfish. But 茉莉, 茉莉花 and Ariel aren't quite off the hook. (Badumtss) I don't quite like how they treat their parents 茉莉, 茉莉花 is a princess and...
