Demi Lovato's continuing treatment may have prevented her from picking up her People's Choice Awards in person last week, but it's certainly not stopping her from delivering her acceptance speech.

"I wish to thank all the 老友记 and 粉丝 who voted for me for the People's Choice Awards and the Hot Hits Teen Stars of 2010," she wrote on Facebook.
"I want to make sure my 粉丝 know how thankful I am for all their love, support and prayers during this difficult time. Thank 你 for standing beside me through it all."
The 18-year-old picked up two trophies at last week's ceremony: 最喜爱的 Family TV Movie for Camp Rock 2: The Final Jam, and 最喜爱的 TV Guest 星, 星级 for her role on Grey's Anatomy.
There's still no word on when the 星, 星级 may be leaving treatment (she's been in since the beginning of November for "emotional and physical issues"), and her new online message is one of only a few scarce communiqués since going in—she was spotted in Chicago over Christmas, while on an approved break from her facility, and released a prerecorded video message to 粉丝 on Thanksgiving.

She was driving through LA last week when she got in a fender bender. The cause? According to Demi it was because she was tired. She 说 she hadn't slept well, and because of still being half asleep, wrecked her car.
But not to worry! Demi is fine and told all her 粉丝 on Twitter that she was OK and thanked them for their concern.
Lucky for her, Demi's accident was nothing 更多 than a scare, but it is a good reminder that we need to be working with all 5 senses when behind the wheel.
