Is This Child Abuse? 

OMG!!!! WTF!!! of course!! that stupid jerk could have broken one of his little arms or both fo rthat matter, I just want to take those people and stab them in the head with an arrow.... poor baby.... I can't veleive it *crie* I hava baby brother and apparantly is not funny or even healthy for anyone to do that!!

That can not be a real kid....he swings the fucking thing by one arm.....seriously.....if this is real then it's fucked up.

The kid looks pretty real. Did you see how about one minute into the video the kid tries to grab on to the guy's shirt, but he pushes it away?

This is serious child abuse. God knows what kind of brain damage or other physical disabilities the kid will have in the future because of this. Whoever this is should be arrested.

exacly!! why would anyone do that!! what if the baby breaks his arms, I couldn't see the shirt part because I wasn't brave enough to look at the whole thing...

The Snopes.Com jury is out on this subject. I'm no doctor, but wouldn't such movements dislocate a baby's shoulders? It may be fake.

I read some comments on the site and apparently it was on the news.
Authorities and LiveLeak are trying to find out who these people are.
I hope they cut the guys balls off and where is the mom?

Apart from dislocating the childs shoulder, which is bad enough, I'm more worried if this will not cause something similair to the 'Shaken Baby Syndrom', which can cause severe brain damage.

At some points in the video I was convinced it is a fake, but at other points I am not so sure. I HOPE it is.

Please let us know when the Snopes.com jury has reached it's verdict :)

YES!!!! 100% child abuse. i think it was real. it's so horrible, why would someone do that? there is NO exception, that guy should get some SERIOUS help, then spend time in jail. it's sick. i could barely watch it through.

Hell yes. OMG that's horrible. And my mom would always freak out when we picked the babies up lightly by their hands... this guy's like flinging the poor child around by one hand!
