I worked with him on a couple of projects. He was very generous to work with me on a short film that I wanted to produce. He was great. We had a blast. The film ended up being nominated for best picture, and then went to Cannes the following year. Check out the official site at link

Kind of. I saw him on something that he was on before he was on Glee, but I watched it after I started watching Glee. I had no idea he was going to be on it though.
