I don't think Stalin is a good leader. The stalinist ideas are not at all applicable ina socialist-communist party and society. General Secreatery of the party was treated as a king during stalinist era.
Guys, you're retarded. He came to power 由 killing everyone who was better than him, not even the white forces, lots of communists were killed. He killed a lot of people, less than Hitler, but 更多 than Pol Pot.. (The party itself, however killed way more) He only won the war just because he has mobilized millions of people.

Sorry but he did NOT kill less people than Hitler. The soviet union started the concentration camps, before germany and kept using them after the war. It just that they didn't keep that many records. They were just the same only Stalin was better at keeping it a secret and hitler didn't because he was overly confident.
