Green Chicken Curry

-Green Chicken Curry-
Ingredients
4 breasts Chicken cubed    4 tablespoon Green 咖喱 paste
4 teaspoon sesame oil     1 cup Chicken stock
3 cloves Garlic crushed    1 cup Coconut milk
2 medium White onions diced    2 teaspoon Brown sugar
2 small Chillies chopped    1 teaspoon root Ginger chopped fine
4 teaspoon 柠檬草 finely diced

Directions
1. Heat oil in a 炒锅 and fry onions and add chicken.

2. Add chile, Garlic and 柠檬 grass, ginger and 咖喱 paste.

3. Lower heat and cook until chicken is tender....

How to open a coconut

Step One:

Hit the coconut with the blunt side of the coconut 刀 several times. The coconut will develop a crack and the 刀 will sink in a bit.


Step Two:

Stick the hook end of the 刀 in the crack and twist.


Step Three:

Continue to twist until the entire coconut breaks apart

Step Four:

Pull the two halves apart and gaze on your masterpiece. Your handwork will likely resemble that of a native from Sri Lanka, the Philippines 或者 the South Pacific.
