The multi-faceted entertainer has received tons of awards and other forms of recognition for his work in the entertainment industry. As an actor, he made his 表演 debut as singer in the 1997 film, Soul Food, alongside serving as co-producer. In my opinion, I don't think he's overrated at all in addition to being a songwriter and successful 音乐 producer. I was quite surprised that he teamed up Clive Davis to co-produce Johnny Mathis latest album, which was released back in 2017. Also, he's recorded duets with Karyn White, Toni Braxton, and Pebbles during the late-80's and early-90's.
This is why I refer to him as the ultimate hitmaker. Just looking all the work he's contributed in the 音乐 Industry as well as collaborating with other recording artists.
