They should have kept it all animated but I suppose the only reason the creators of the film did that was because she fell for a lawyer and they wanted her to be a human so that it wouldn't be as stupid

I think the reason they used both animation and live action is because the story is basically about the clashing of fantasy and reality. I personally think it's great that they used both.

I agree because it lets people or the audience know that both fictional and Reailty is different ,Like Giselle now she was suppose to marry a guy in a day ,yet when she was in NY and fell for Robert(the Lawyer),she kinda realises that you don't have to rush into any relationships with someone and as the story goes she chooses Robert. Thats why i like the film cause its good and funny

The live action was cool,too. But,I thought the animated part was defiantly the coolest.
