Yes.

No your not crazy. But your also not "a God Whisper". God talks to all his children all the time. He tells 你 答案 to 问题 and asks 你 to pray for people.

One of weirdest thing He ever ask me to do, was pray for President Bill Clinton, when I was about 9 years old. This was back when the 《丑闻》 was going on; so being 9 I didn't know what was going on, all I knew was my republican parents hated him. But God told me " don't be angry, anger not solve this problem. What President Clinton really needs is prayer.' So I prayed for him for years.

Few years later after he left office I was listening to a conservative radio show, mom loves. And I noticed that even though that 《丑闻》 happened 7 years 以前 at the time the talk 显示 hosts were throwing in jokes about it every chance they got! It made feel sorry for Bill Clinton. While I was thinking about that God 说 "Don't be sad write him letters of encouragement." So every 月 I wrote him a letter each one had a Bible verse 或者 a Christian message in it. And I received 8 letters from him!

While I was 阅读 one of the letter he sent me God told me "you will meet him some day, and when 你 do tell him of my love." Years went by, but when Clinton wrote his book "Giving" to went one of the book signing. And told him "Jesus loves and your always in my prayers." He 说 "God Bless you." I still have my autographed copy of "Giving" as a prayer reminder and a reminder God's love.

God does speak to people. In the Bible, it talks about how He talked to people. It may not be loud and clear all the time but he does speak to 你 in various ways like speaking to 你 through the Bible. Btw, 你 are not a " God whisperer" he speaks to everyone in his own time.
