Midnight. Meg had finally fallen into a deep sleep. For the last few hours she had tried to sleep, but every time she closed her eyes she saw Cas’ mutilated face and his glowing eyes judging her. Eventually she had become so tired she had no choice but to give in to the weariness.
She felt her back hit the 墙 and soft lips 接吻 hers passionately. Strong hands went through her hair.
She opened her eyes and found herself staring at Cas, but this time he was unscarred.
“I learned that from the 比萨, 比萨饼 man” he said.
“Well A + for you” were the words that escaped her mouth. “I feel so clean”
Meg turned around in her bed.
She felt a sudden weight on her and frowned. Her body trembled as something solid slipped between her legs.
A young woman stood before her and Meg slapped her in the face.
“How could you? Heroin? I ask 你 to help him and 你 give him drugs?”
She sat beside Cas’ 床, 床上 and held his hand. He lifted his hand and caressed her cheek, catching her tears. “I 爱情 you” he whispered, before closing his eyes.
They kneeled before each other. Meg held Cas’ bloodied hands in hers. He had just killed three men. She promised not to tell anyone.
Hot water streamed over her and soft, wet lips kissed her neckline. Fingers unbuttoned her 衬衫 and she found herself removing them.
Meg watched how Cas was banging the same woman she had slapped. Her body was covered with needles and Meg rushed towards her, driving a 刀 through her heart. Cas slapped her in the face and she hit the cupboard. Someone shot her and Cas ran towards her. She begged him to leave and he promised her he’d come back for her.
“Meg? Meg , wake up” Anna whispered. After Dean’s return from Heaven she had come straight to here, at the risk of being exposed to the other angels. But Meg seemed to be too fast asleep.
Cas was tied onto a chair. Meg was kneeling in front of him and nursed his injuries. Cas was asking her to make it stop, asking her to kill him. But she refused.
She caressed his hair as he lie in bed. He stood before her and she produced a sword. He took her hand and led it to his chest. She drove it through his 心 and held him tightly. As tears rolled over her eyes she whispered: “I 爱情 you”
With a shock Meg woke up. It took her several 分钟 to orient herself. She wiped her tears away and held her hands against her chest, trying to stop the aching in her heart.
“Meg?” Anna asked careful.
Meg looked up and recognized the ginger angel.
“He’s alive, Meg” Anna started. “But he’s not really with us. You’re the only one who can bring him back”
Meg nodded and swallowed. “I know what I have to do”
