Does anybody remember the film The Scarecrow that Cartoon Network used to 显示 in England on 万圣节前夕 in the early 2000s?

I've always loved that film. I've tried to 搜索 for it on YouTube and on Wikipedia but I can't find it. They used to 显示 it on 或者 near 万圣节前夕 on Cartoon Network, but they stopped 展示 it a few years ago. All I remember about the film is that the scarecrow, who was 老友记 with the 鼠, 大鼠 and the broom, was in 爱情 with Polly so the fairy godmother made him look human in order to help him win her heart. Sorry for the lack of info and the fact that this isn't actually a programme they show, but any info on where to find this film is appreciated.
