Is this movie appropriate for an eight-year-old, do 你 think?

I'm going to be babysitting a lot this week, and the girl I watch is eight and likes 马 and western movies. Do 你 think Cannibal would be okay to 显示 her (I can skip over some parts, lol).

I'd check with her parents first, of course.
