N/a'an ku sê and the Shiloh Jolie-Pitt Foundation have committed to a new long term partnership together. Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt have donated US$2 million towards the N/a’an ku sê mission, which aims to conserve the land, cultures and wildlife of Namibia and to rescue species threatened 由 an ever-shrinking habitat. It also strives to improve the lives of the San Bushman through better education, employment, healthcare and living conditions.
Rudie and Marlice 面包车, 范 Vuuren, Directors and Founders of N/a'an ku sê were overjoyed 由 the fact that Angelina and Brad chose N/a'an ku sê to be their partner in Namibia.
“We have known Rudie and Marlice for many years and continue to be impressed 由 their hard work and dedication to the people and conservation of the land and wildlife of Namibia.
The new section of the project will be under N/a'an ku sê and in Shiloh’s name. We want her to be very involved and grow up with the understanding of her country of birth,” Jolie said.
The N/a’an ku sê Foundation started in 2007 and runs several projects including a Wildlife Sanctuary, Carnivore Conservation Research Project, Lifeline Medical Clinic and Clever Cubs pre-school for the San Bushman community in Namibia.
The Shiloh Jolie-Pitt Foundation will form part of N/a’an ku sê and develop long term projects focussing on conservation for carnivores and Wild 狗 and supporting vulnerable people in Namibia.

The celebrity couple spent 圣诞节 together at N/a'an ku sê, where the children watched Rudie stitch the wounds of a wild dog, helped Marlice and her 5 年 old son Zacheo feed and care for orphaned baby baboons and foxes, visited the San Bushman School on the farm and even witnessed the release of a leopard back into the wild.
