Book Suggestions?

These are YA books, but i know a lpt of adults who have read them:

•Percy Jackson and the Olympians (5 book series) bk 1- The Lightning Thief, bk 2- The Sea of Monsters, bk 3- The Titan's Curse, bk 4-The Battle of the Labyrinth, bk 5- The Last Olympian ~by Rick Riordan

•The Heros of Olympus (continuation series of Percy Jackson and the olympians; 5 book series) bk 1-The 迷失 Hero, bk 2-The Son of Neptune, bk 3-The Mark of Athena (fall 2012), bk 4 (fall 2013) bk 5 (fall 2014)


Adult:
•Flowers in the Attic (5 book series, dont know what they're called, my mom read them, not me. She really liked it) ~by V.C. Andrews

•My Sweer Adrina (single book) ~by V.C. Andrews

I know everyone's going crazy about it now, which makes it a bit offputting, but I would definitely recommend the Hunger Games series, it's fantastic. If you've read and like Austen, I would suggest 阅读 更多 :) I'm assuming you've read Pride and Prejudice, but Persuasion and Emma are both quite good, as well.

l M Montgomery has a lot of really great 图书 that are kind of similar thematically to Austen's, though they're set in late Victorian Canada, not Regency Britain. I would recommend Anne of the Island, 或者 Rilla of Ingleside, which is my all-time favourite book.

Two funny autobiographies/memoir type 图书 I've read and enjoyed:
Mindy Kaling - Is Everyone Hanging Out Without Me?
Sloane Crosley - I was Told There'd Be Cake

你 might also like Alexander McCall Smith, though he has a particular 写作 style that not everyone enjoys.
