Try finding an audio book of it, it'll make it easier. 或者 maybe discuss it with 老友记 或者 just say to ureself "Read till chapter _insert number here_ and then I'll have _Insert name of treat here_ And keep on doing that till 你 finish the book. If not, try 阅读 it aloud to someone, 或者 have it with them 阅读 it to you.
