Is Brennan the consolation prize? (Interview with HH) 

Even though I HATE how they set this up, and I was one that said 'now it looks like Brennan is the consolation prize', I just don't believe that is what they're going for and it's obvious that's not what she is. After the ending of 6x12 when Booth said that you can love a lot of people, it's obvious that this was the case for him and he loves Brennan the most.
