As always I will clear out the shallow reason first. Like many others I can very well appreciate physical beauty. To be rather honest, usually I start to appreciate my 最喜爱的 character's physical appearance after they become my favorite. But with Kuvira, this was not the case. To begin, I'd like to say that I'm not a 粉丝 of the 爱情 三角形, 三角 aspect of Legend of Korra. I think it was distracting, not particularly interesting and I'm praying that it's never brought up again 下一个 season. I continue to run thru the woods trying 由 myself time till my bending comes back 或者 i get rid of them.I then saw them they were getting closer and closer to me. I think part of the reason he gets so much hate is because he’s difficult to relate to. And part of the reason Asami is such a 粉丝 最喜爱的 is because she’s extremely easy to identify with.

Like come on, while all of them have had shit happen to them, Mako has probably experienced the most crap out of the main cast, along with Bolin but even then, he’s done most of the sheltering and protecting and has had no one shelter 或者 protect him.

Asami’s issues are terrible, and not only that but they’re relatable. Wayyy 更多 extreme than most things the target audience will ever face obviously...

The whole Korrasami 辩论 seems to be a hot topic amid the LoK fandom right now so I thought I'd give my input on it.

For starts, my major reason for liking Korrasami is that it is such a huge step in western animation. We finally have some LGTB representation in 'children's' media. And this isn't just some 显示 with a small fanbase--the 阿凡达 franchise is huge and widely popular--so for this 显示 of all shows to have canon bisexuals is pretty cool in my opinion. I do understand that not everyone is comfortable with homosexuality but this is a pro-Korrasami 文章 so I won't get into that....

I have a very hard time liking Korra. I find her to be stubborn, selfish, irrational, overly aggressive, pigheaded, immature, and obstinate. This 列表 of adjectives can keep going, but I digress.

I'll admit I was skeptical of her when she first appeared. It wasn't that I didn't like but I felt like she had no character deveopment at all, we didn't really know anything about her and that made me not trust her.
In The Aftermath though when we find out it's her father who's an equalist and Asami stayed loyal to her friends, I really respected and admired her, since then she's been one of my 最喜爱的 characters. And after that she continues to 显示 how great a person she is.
Though I 爱情 Asami I definitely don't ship Masami in any way shape 或者 form. I just thought that from the beginning...
