Why does Drover play so hard to get at the beginning of the movie?

I think he wasn't, he just didn't feel that way about Sarah because she's so different, but then as they get to know 更多 about each other that's when they start developing feelings.

He was commitment phobic particularly after being hurt when his first wife died - he was afraid of being hurt and Sarah was the antithesis of anyone he had ever cared for 或者 really known. That would probably be really scary to a man like that. He wasn't playing... he was fighting it.
