It's only a small part of my criteria. When it boils down to it, I mainly focus on the story + characters.

Just like the graphics in a game don't matter. Well OK, maybe animation quality in anime matters a LITTLE bit, but it only becomes an issue for me if it's all jittery and laggy, if you know what I mean. The characters, story line and even the music are way more important to me.

Personally, I could really care less. I'm more focused on the story and characters... It would have to have some noticeable issues like lip syncing not matching up or lagging animations with dialogue or whatever. I pretty much feel the same way Easel does.
