Karma Akabane from Assassination Classroom, like seriously his name is freaking "Karma".
Assassination Classroom is no horror anime, but damn, Karma is creepy as hell...LOVE HIM THOUGH.
His crazy psycho attitude and ideas can give chills + he is extremely cruel and devious. A real little devil, he's young in the future he's gonna be leading the mafia 或者 smething
