Cyberpunk is a genre of 日本动漫 that was especially 流行的 in the 90's, a subgenre of scifi that centers around the idea of "high tech, low life". It's often characterized 由 hackers, gangs with tricked out technology, the existence of cyberspace, a dystopian city lit with neon, and a political 或者 social change that takes place in the story.
