I just looked this up on my Windows phone. I believe her name is Nadeshiko Yamato from Shugo Chara. use this picture of her Cosplaying as Hatsune Miku in her AvantGarde dress. And compare this picture to Nadeshiko Yamato from Shugo Chara on 谷歌 images. I am saying this cause of the name 标题 on the side of the picture That says Nadeshiko. I don't think it's the same character and besides the Shugo Chara character "Yamato nadeshiko" is a general term used to described an ideal Japanese woman/housewife. Like I 说 it looks like they made it for their friend who's 用户名 is Nadeshiko, and the character in your image matches the character of their 老友记 个人资料 image; so like I 说 it's just fanart of their 老友记 avatar. She's not from anything.
