@KEISUKE_URAHARA, There's actually a big difference between Aromantic and Asexual, in case you're confusing them . .

I agree, as an Asexual I wish there were 更多 representations of Aro/Ace characters.

I'm not surprised there aren't many, asexuality is something that even now is still not well known. As far as 日本动漫 goes, I don't know how well asexuality (amoung other things) is known/veiwed in Japan. Not to mention just in general trying to write asexual characters because most anime, even non-romantic genres, still like to feature some sort of couple. Now that I've thought about this question, Haruhi from OHSHC and Yuki from TMOHS are both belived to be asexual but we still see other characters having (what we can assume as) romantic attraction to them. Sawada, for the record, is a canon asexual.

Yep, in the DuRaRaRa!! novels Izaya stated that he had no attraction to any being, making him Canon Aromantic.

That's what I thought! I remember seeing that somewhere
