It's tough cause I've already seen most of yours 或者 ones already posted. I'm not sure if any of these are what 你 are looking for but might as well give 你 some options:

Lovely Complex- 更多 of a comedic romance but it has its cute moments

Fruits Basket- Not that overly sweet 或者 sad but it has some moments. And might be too comedic

Natsume Yuujinchou- This is not short, several seasons long and it has it's adventure moments but man most episodes hit 你 right in the heart. It's not a romance though. But it's one of the sweetest animes out there. Slow paced 日本动漫 without being boring. It is my number one 最喜爱的 anime

Otome Youkai Zakuro- Once again, just has its cute moments. But 总体, 整体 there is mainly action and is prob the least feely 日本动漫 on my list. But it has one of the sweetest couples Susukihotaru & Riken (but they are a minor couple)
