Then, try out SHOUGO CHARA, a sprinkle of exitment and delight.
To get in the competition spirit, let her try "Kuroko no Basuke/ Basket, very sweet and also full of emotion.

Also, if she is a litle 更多 "daring", she can find that same feeling also in "Free! Iwatobi Swim Club", a fine 日本动漫 filled with exitment and emotion, very cute/hot too <3

Evantually, a good old fashion OURAN HIGH SCHOOL HOST CLUB! Filled with handsomeness and also very fun to Watch.

Also, 更多 on the "real" rpmantic side, I propose "Peach Girl" a trully wonderfull 日本动漫 filled with romantic events and comedy.

Now, for a litle 更多 action, let her try out Fairy Tail or/and One Piece, extremly friendly and 心 warming anime, I'm sure she'll like very much.

Also, she might really enjoy a litle pinch of sword and 更多 action, she can try 火影忍者 and Bleach.

However if she wants to find some 更多 "risqué" anime, on the gore side, let her try Mirai Nikki and and the other side she could try "Btooom!" and "durarara", just to get her used to the real 日本动漫 atmosthere, xD.

This is a tough 问题 since the answer in itself is subjective. Parenting styles are different for each parent so whats ok for one may be a negative for the other. I don't know your parenting style nor what 你 would consider ok. For instance, I don't see any problem with something like Sailor Moon 或者 Pokemon but some parents out there will probably find offense to that. My best answer is use your own judgement to decide what is best for your twelve 年 old to watch. There is no correct answer to this 问题 as its completely subjective to who 答案 it.

I'm 12 and I've watched all of those plus things like darker then black and black butler. I think if she's serious about anime, she will probably find her own kind of anime. All 你 need to know is that kid her and my age have very dirty minds and they probably have so many shows like the ones 你 listed that your eyes would bleed.

Uta no Prince sama - a girl writes songs for a cute guy group and the problem is all the guys in the group 爱情 her

Puella Magi Makoka Magica - about magic.and is a lil messed up as in 'i think they were on crack when they made this'

Black Rock Shooter - girls battle each other a girl's dream

Red Data Girl - girl who destroys all electronic devices she touches

How about 火影忍者 and Pokémon-Indigo League. Those are action type 日本动漫 cartoons. If 你 want drama/romance, there's 1.Fruit Basket. 2. Kodocha 3. Pretear. Those 动画片 are what I recommend for your sister.
