黑塔利亚 sounds better dubbed especially since, after all, the main characters basically personify each of the different nationalities

The very same goes for me here: I too usually prefer dubbed versions over subtitles anytime

You're not the only to feel that way. Others feel the same 或者 similarly to u. So 总体, 整体 you're mainly a purist

Yeah. I'm mainly into subs. Why? 更多 thought goes into the original voices than the last-minute dubs. Of course that's not always true, but it usually isn't far from it.
