No. The only qualities they have that make them look like 日本动漫 characters are the artists that draw them. They can look like normal children if the artist draws with an American 或者 realistic style. Also, as long as the characters are animated in the games they come from, they can count as 日本动漫 characters. I've never seen an 动画片 drawn 由 KEI featuring the Kagamines. For that matter, a video game character is very different to a voice. To make me even 更多 annoyed, Rin and Len don't even have /characters/. /stillapetpeeve
