I'd say either Cooro from +Anima, Yuki and Ayame Sohma from Fruits Basket, 或者 Switzerland from Hetalia.
Cooro because he's so fun loving and adventurous, he would make a very interesting younger brother. Especially since he's the only kid I can think of who can magically sprout 乌鸦 wings and fly! Yuki and Ayame because... Well it would certainly be interesting! Yuki's personality alone makes it seem like he'd make a good older brother. Not sure what his 粉丝 club would think... And Ayame's eccentric personality just makes him seem like he'd be a good older brother. He cares 更多 for Yuki than it seems. Switzerland because he's a very protective older brother... Sometimes a little too protective. But I really don't mind, personally I kinda like when someone is like that with me. And having him as a brother, he would stand up for me. I know I'm not Liechtenstein, but still.

If I had an 日本动漫 brother it would be Mr.Kaiba from Yu-Gi-Oh! he's 更多 family oriented than friend oriented even though he doesn't admit to it in the anime,he cares so much for his brother and he'd do anything to help him when he was in trouble!
Oz Vessalius from Pandora Hearts because he is so kind and caring, plus is willing to do anything for the ones he cares about. And he needs a little family 爱情 since of his father! (My pandora hearts of is actually relates to him as a cousin so isn't it ironic that I want yo be related to him? XD)
These 2, so Germany would look after me and clean my stuff since I am really messy, and we would have lots of fun with Prussia :D (although idk if germany would be able to handle both of us...)
