new banner?

who else thinks its time to update the banner 或者 even the icon? i really like how the banner is done but i think it desperatly needs to be updated. wht i mean 由 that is i think there are at least 3 anime's that have become extremely 流行的 since it was made, they NEED to add them. Fairy Tail, Hetalia, and Shugo Chara.

I don't mind if the banner and 图标 are changed. I just don't want another big fuss about it and then no one does anything about it again. It took over a 年 before anything was done about the banner and icon. People wanted to change it, but no one did anything about it. But since the spot has become 更多 popular, maybe it won't be a problem.

由 the way, the spot 图标 shouldn't be changed too frequently. It's what people use to recognize the spot. But if the people in the spot want to change it, I'm fine with that. As long as Luffy is included of course.
