阿凡达 isn't an anime, even though the art style is very similar.

Depends on if it was originally from 日本或者 not. I guess if it was made 由 a Japanese company it would count even if that part of the company wasn't actually in Japan.

Also, just so non-yuri people wanting to watch Tokyo Mew Mew click this link, it's not a yuri anime. In this scene, Mint had left the team, and Zakuro was trying to get her back on the team 由 fighting her. Mint refused to rejoin the team because the lives of people that got harmed 由 the aliens weren't important to her. Zakuro decided to put her in those people's places, and fought her. In this scene, Mint was telling Zakuro that she loved her AS AN IDOL. This isn't a yuri anime. It's just a pairing with a slightly romantic moment.
I didn't want to ruin Tokyo Mew Mew for people who don't like yuri. Plus, this was a filler. No spoilers.
