Anyway, it's about a boy who gains the power to kill someone just 由 knowing their name and face, and he decides to make the world a better place 由 ridding it of all the criminals. He pretty much goes insane, though. ^^

It is one of the best 日本动漫 I've seen, but I like Fullmetal Alchemist 更多 than any other 日本动漫 .
