Can I make a anime/manga somehow without knowing japanese?

Narrow minded people believe that 日本动漫 或者 日本漫画 is only 日本漫画 或者 日本动漫 IF its from Japan.
That's pure crap.

There are a couple of 日本漫画 artists that aren't Japanese...and their work isn't originally printed in Japanese.
你 could make a english one (if that's your language.) and if it was to go public then it would be translated to other languages buy other editing companies....with your approval of course.

no i don't think so but if 你 did 你 could use translate google.

你 can make the english version then the japanese version but 你 cannot make an 日本动漫 without the japanese version because 日本动漫 is a japanese 动画片 so is 日本漫画 (and 你 dont have to learn japanese but if u would like to learn 更多 languages that is good so if 你 would like to make an 日本动漫 或者 日本漫画 translate it on 谷歌 translate 或者 any translation website)
