6 years ago, I watch the movie version of Evita and I fell in 爱情 with this movie, especially the songs. Are 你 ready to read it?

The Casting

I first started to know 麦当娜 played the 标题 character in this film version, I was very skeptical until I watched the movie myself and I am very impressed with her. She has the voice of Evita despite the fact that she is a pop singer in her own rights.
Antonio Banderas was another highlight of the movie, his 唱歌 and portrayal of Che was very convincing that I don't think of him as Banderas, but as Che! So good job Antonio.

The Songs

Aside from the famous 'Don't Cry For Me, Argentina', many are the songs are catchy and very straightforward. There are 3 songs that are my favourites and they are 'High, Flying Adore', 'A New Argentina' and 'You Must 爱情 Me'.
The latter was written specially for the film, but it was included in the stage version in later productions. I really like how 麦当娜 actually sang a ballad in the movie because we all know her for disco pop 音乐 that we grew up with.

The Settings

The majority of the film was filmed in Budapest, Hungary because the city resembles Buenos Aires, Argentina due to the fact some of the buildings resembles from the 1950's time period.
In a couple of scenes, it was set in England and of course, in Argentina.
